thousand square feet to several hundred thousand square feet. One of our customers (General
Contractor) is considered to be the largest construction company in Arizona.
TYPICAL FINAL CLEAN INCLUDES:
Wipe down all walls • Sweep stair wells, wipe down hand rails
• Vacuum & mop all flooring; dust & mop hardwood floors
• Sweep all concrete floors including Fire Riser & mechanical rooms
• Clean light fixtures • Wipe air registers
• Clean fire extinguishers cases and all exit signs
• Clean restrooms and all attached plumbing fixtures
• Clean elevators • Clean water fountains
• Wipe down all doors; including door handles, thresholds and jams
• Wipe cove base • Wipe cabinetry and all wood working
• Clean all glass and windows
• Power wash all sidewalks, flat work & adjoining curbs
WORK CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY:
• Re-Clean after Tradesmen have performed additional work in an area signed off
• Carpet Cleaning - where it's determined more than reasonable spots
• No dumpster provided
• Excessive Stucco; covering more than 10% of the identified area
• Excessive Paint & Overspread cover more than 10% of the identified area
