CRC will place a sticker on the hood indicating the date of inspection or cleaning and the next due date (NFPA 96, 11.6.13).

Any access panel that is inspected or cleaned will have a visible sticker indicating the action performed (NFPA 96, Sec. 11.6.10).

Hood Filter Exchange

Filters go through a 5 Step Process:

  • Pickup
  • Chemical dip
  • Sanitation
  • Pressure washed
  • Return

Hood Caulking

Over time hood caulking will dry out, leaving gaps in the stainless steel seams which may cause liquid and grease leakage. We can reseal the hood by:

  • Remove old caulking
  • Clean seams
  • Apply new fire rated caulking
